Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sevastay platform ("Service") operated by Sevastay LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sevastay is a hotel owner analytics and management platform that allows hospitality operators and investors to track property performance, import daily reports, manage ownership groups, record expenses, and generate owner statements.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $39.99 per property per month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely to provide the Service to you.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and routine security reviews. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, database, or email services).
The Sevastay name, logo, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Sevastay LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will provide 30 days to export your data except where termination is due to a material breach.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVASTAY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
